“I would not recommend anyone to purchase this ring in white gold. After a month IT WILL NOT BE WHITE, it will be YELLOW. At first my fiancee loved this ring but it QUICKLY turned yellow. When I tried to address this issue with Brilliant Earth, I was not able to return the item but offered a metal credit for a FRACTION of the price I paid in order to trade it in for a platinum ring. 100% would not recommend.”

“It took a ridiculously long time to resize our ring. It took 1.5 weeks longer to resize a simple ring than it took to order, purchase, and deliver a custom ring. That is just ridiculous. When we made an appointment to drop off the ring for resize, we were told to pick it up in 1-2 weeks. If we did not insist on a rush order with Brilliant Earth after multiple follow on inquiries, the delivery date was slated for 1 month from when we dropped the ring off. I had a very positive experience with Brilliant Earth until ring sizing. Seems as though after Brilliant Earth receives your money, customer service/care is forgotten.”
