The basket setting is perfect as it doesn't sit to high and get caught on clothing or in the way of daily life and activities. My fiance got me a elongated cushion cut that I always dreamed of.... this ring is a must if you are in the market for proposing. I am completely in love with and I can't wait to wear it everyday.”
“The ring is a great value, especially compared to other retailers. However, there was a small dark spot on the band, which needed to be repaired. The repair was offered for free, which is nice, but the ring has been either in repair or in transit for 3 weeks now. I wouldn't discourage anyone from ordering; I'm sure this doesn't happen often. But it's a bit of a risk when ordering online. Again, the diamond and band are great otherwise, and once it's repaired I'm sure it will be perfect.”
“I took my time in selecting the perfect diamond and setting from Brilliant Earth (and I shopped around plenty before I found this company). Heather, a customer support agent, provided some guidance and sent me some additional photos of a diamond I was considering.
The ring looks incredible, the diamond and setting are both amazing. My now fiancee loves the ring too, and that's really all that matters.

“My complaint is about Brilliant Earth as a company, not the ring. I can't review the ring since we have yet to receive it. Brilliant Earth representatives have been so unhelpful and unpleasant to work with. We have been in contact with multiple representatives who have yet to resolve our issue. This has been the biggest headache for my partner and I when it should have been the happiest moment of our life. I know leaving this review will prompt another representative to shoot me a private email asking to help solve the issue- but I have been there and done that (multiple times) and we still don't have what we paid for. After our initial requests for help were left unanswered, I began to research more about this company- which is something I should have done in the first place. From what I have gathered on Yelp and other websites (just google Brilliant Earth reviews), this company is notorious for requiring PAYING customers to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements in order for their jewelry to be returned to them. On top of being unethical and basically preventing real reviews to be posted, many other people reported that their rings were DEFECTIVE. I even saw quite a few reviews that stated when they contacted Brilliant Earth about their defective rings, representatives told them that rings from BE aren't meant to be worn everyday..... WHAT?! So basically if you want an engagement ring or wedding ring that you CANNOT wear every day, buy from this company lol. Honestly though, please learn from my mistake and avoid this company. They are frauds and do not care about their customers. Go to Blue Nile or James Allen instead. They may be slightly more expensive but at least it won't take months to have your ring delivered.”
