“I fell in love with the ring as soon as the ring box opened upon the marriage proposal from my now-fiance. I love the classic and simple look of it with the beautiful twist. It is a gorgeous ring that fits well with any outfit or style. The only downside to this ring is that after only wearing it for 9 days, I noticed a crack in the band on the bottom. It was deep, I was able to feel it with my fingernail, and it went all the way around the band. Luckily, I had to send the ring back to BE to be resized anyway, so I contacted them to let them know there was a defect before sending it out. They were very understanding and the customer service rep apologized for the defect. I'm guessing it was just a manufacturing issue and they took care of it promptly and sent it back to me within 2 weeks. It was resized and there was no more crack. I'm just hoping it doesn't crack again, but there is a lifetime warranty on it should there be any other problems with it. All in all, I love the ring and am happy with it.”
