“This is my engagement ring, and it needed to be resized. I sent it in to be adjusted according to what a jeweler suggested, and it still it too big. I wanted the company to work with me about another resizing, but they wanted to charge over $135 to someone who has not been helped very much on the sizing process. I expected better.”
