Pros:
-Customer support was very quick and courteous in answering all my questions
-The 6.5mm Super Premium moissanite sparkles like crazy and the diamonds on the band really complement it well
Cons:
-The platinum band isn't quite as "strong" as I expected. Scratches from metal on metal contact. Not really a fault to Brilliant Earth, the fiance just can't work out while wearing the ring.
-Purchased a 6 3/4 but felt a bit too loose, almost like a 7 (based off the ring sizes at the jewelers). Did the free resize down to a 6 1/2 and it fits perfectly. BE said it may be due to the thin ring design.”
