“Nightmare scenario. Had a proposal set for a Monday, with family members in attendance. The ring was supposed to arrive the week before and was promised it would be there. Fast forward to two days before it was supposed to arrive and it still hadn't shown a ship status. I called several times and no one on the customer service side could tell me when it would ship nor would they escalate the call to someone who would. Probably spend 2 1/2 hours on various phone calls. Finally get escalated and the line drops... ugh... He called me back, which I was highly surprised about. Finally, I thought I was getting somewhere. He said he would check in the morning and call me back.... next day comes and goes.. .no call back. Mind you I spent over $16K..... this level of service is horrible, even is I only spend $16. Ring arrived a week late, well after the surprise engagement party. Thank God for ring pops!”
