“My Fiance loves the keyboard, it made her new ipad the perfect replacement for her old mac. Easy to pair, and matches perfectly. Have not had any trouble missing keys. My only complaint is that my address defaulted to my old one and I emailed in seconds later to ask if I could get it switched to my correct address, they didnt answer for four days and then I was told (very rudely) that I sent it to the marketing email instead of the product service email. The shipment then got lost for two weeks and I had to keep checking my old house to see if it had shown up yet. Seemed like the guy who reached out to me was more interested in pointing out that it was my mistake than helping me get it resolved or explaining why there wasn't an automatic email that bounced back from this address saying it was non-reply. Makes me weary to order a case from them, because in case something goes wrong, even if it is my own fault, I worry that the customer service is just trying to cover their own backs.”

“I was having a hard time finding a keyboard that I liked for my iPad until I ran across this one. I love that it make my iPad feel like a MacBook! I’ve only had it for three weeks but I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It was easy to setup and connect. I would certainly recommend this product.”

“Purchased for 9.7 iPadAir 2. Great keyboard, sketchy instructions. Thought I had purchased an aluminium clad keyboard and a shell for the iPad. But then the iPad comes in an aluminium case anyway, but without the shims, the hinged brackets do not hold the ipad sercurely. Shims do not stick to the brackets so when iPad case is inserted, the shims bunch up at the bottom keeping the case from touching the u-turn in the bracket. Thus when you close the case on to the keyboard, the case edge extends beyond the keyboard edge. This lets the keys touch the iPad screen. Very disappointed with this arrangement.”

“This keyboard workly wonderfully for a year or two. After that time select keys stop working. I never was able to get the speakers to pair with the iPad so I didn’t count on extra sound from the keyboard. I loved it while it worked.”
