“The keyboard looks great but I like to be able to alternate quickly between typing and writing on the iPad when I take notes. They keyboard becomes inaccurate (lag & missing characters) if you try to use it without the iPad resting in the hinge.”

“Had it for two months, and it is already not functioning correctly. I will wait to see if this company deals swiftly and correctly with the problem, or makes excuses and puts up obstacles.”

“I purchased two Brydge keypad for my iPad Pro 9.7 and another for my Mini iPad they were outstanding and worked great. I have a disability and get around in a wheelchair the adjustable angle works great with the iPad on my lap most of the day, my hands don't work that well but these keypads I found to be very easy for me to use. Now the bad both keyboards started having problems right around nine months after purchase from Best Buy and outside of their warranty. They have gotten so bad that I can not use either Brydge keyboard. I'm not sure if I should buy another set of Brydge keyboards because they are so expensive or if I should try a new brand of keyboards. Still thinking it over.”

“This is my second Brydge (the first being for the iPad Air this one for the iPad Pro). I love the solid design and beauty of this product as well as the functionalibility. The updated keyboard and connectivity make an easy process much easier. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to any serious iPad user.”

“Conceptually this is an interesting approach to a keyboard but it's heavy and offers no protection for the iPad if dropped. In order to use it you must take the ipad out of all cases. I would recommend this for stationary use to be left at home or office. Customer service was great at returning mine.”

“I enjoy the sturdy case and sleek look of the 9.7. Also, it holds a charge for a month, and I use it hours daily along side my work laptop. The only issue I have is that it does not seem to be picking up all my keystrokes readily. I type at about 45 to 60 wpm- not very fast by some standards- and I often find keystrokes that are not being recorded. Compared to my laptop with a remote Logitech Bluetooth keyboard, where rarely is a keystroke missed. Not sure if this is Brydge 9.7 issue, an iPad issue or otherwise. I ordered this as a replacement and the new one does not seem to be performing as well as the previous one. I will have to check with Brydge.”

“I purchased the right Brydge for my iPad Pro, but the shims were loose right when I put them on. Frustrating. I expected great care went into the craftsmanship for an Apple iPad keyboard, it is a shame that an inexpensive part like the shims were not up to spec.”

“I love this keyboard/protector. A lot of brilliant design ideas went into this, from the snug but safe attachment hinges to the connectivity and multi-angle viewing. The shortcut keys are smartly placed, including a Siri key. The backlit keys have low, medium, high setting with one button and don't drain the integral battery much at all. From a design and functionality standpoint, I can find nothing to find fault with this. I am so glad I didn't settle for 2nd rate. When the keyboard is in the closed position it provides superb protection for travel or business. I give it 5 stars.”
