“Appalling experience altogether. I have handed the matter over to UK Trading Standards to be able to return the product for a full refund as per UK mail order legislations (the product was shipped from a UK address anyway). Shameful and diaappointing.”

“This is an excellent keyboard for the iPad Pro 9.7. The build quality is spectacular (it truly feels like a piece of Apple kit) and it looks great. I had one of the earlier models of the Space Gray and it was a slightly darker (but still noticeable) shade of Space Gray than this one is, but this one seems to match the finish of the iPad very well. It pairs quickly with the iPad and it really helps with using the iPad for more serious, non-consumption tasks. The one small flaw that I mentioned in the title is that it is wholly incompatible with pretty much every iPad case out there with the exception of the Otterbox uniVERSE case (which was specifically designed to work with this keyboard). The Otterbox case is UGLY. I have it because I want to protect the iPad, but I only am using this case because it’s the only one I’ve found that works with the Brydge keyboard. I wish I could find a nicer looking case or that the keyboard could be modified somehow to allow a wider breadth of case choices that work, but I don’t know if there’s anything that could be changed in the keyboard’s design to make that possible without messing up the almost 180° of tilt adjustment it currently provides. That’s why I say it’s a small flaw. But, otherwise, this is an awesome keyboard. Probably the best one available for the iPad!”

“I was a little skeptical at first but this keyboard is the real thing. It matches my iPad Pro exactly, is easy to set up and really looks great quality, it doesn't detract from the IPad at all.”
