“I was surprised to see that the speakers have been removed from this devise. Also seems that the keys are not as sensitive as the first one purchased a few years back. Seems that the quality has slipped since they first came out. I will research all products when buying the next one and not assume that Brydge has the best product.”

“Package still lost in mail. They refuse to issue a credit until the USPS allows them to file a lost claim. Meanwhile I'm out my money and don't have a product. The tracking number still shows pre shipment so USPS won't help me find the package even though this company says they shipped the product 2 day priority mail. It's been 2 weeks with this same story. USPS won't allow Brydge to file a lost claim for 20 days. The customer suffers the inconvenience. I cannot remember the last time I've written a negative review. Thank goodness for credit card disputes. I don't know if I'd ever get my money back.... order at your own risk.”
