“More than anything, I was (unpleasantly) surprised at the significant weight that the Bridge 9.7 added to the otherwise extremely light iPad Pro 9.7. Also, while I realize it was just a personal preference, I simply couldn't get past the fact that the keyboard didn't have a trackpad!”

“I don't know what I think of the keyboard because it's lost out there in the heartland. Never delivered. You know this because I've spoken to you about it. Shipped and lost with a bunch of others. Rather than rush a replacement, you opted to tell me to wait two or three weeks. It was shipped May 3 and the tracking trail ended shortly thereafter. I'm sorry you didn't decide to do the right thing.”
