I had to return the first 9.7 due to faulty Battery key. Was without it for a week. Got the replacement, IT has a defective Delete Key. I have just shipped it back again. I'm not feeling confident that this 3rd device will be defect free. It is incredibly inconvenient to have paid premium price for this "premium product," to be constantly without the product I ordered and PAID FOR ON 4/18/17 - AND to keep having to report a new problem, film a video of the problem, upload and email to rep, physically package and ship each defective device back to you and have another period of time WITHOUT it. Very disappointing. (BY THE WAY, before I ordered through your Amazon store, I originally drove 30 miles to the only retailer in my area that carries your brand, got home, and found that the keyboard was WARPED, so I had to drive BACK and return to them. Because I really wanted this product, I immediately ordered through your Amazon store, which is the one with the defective Battery Key.) Anyway, when I finally get the replacement for the defective Delete Key, it will be my FOURTH 9.7. I have not yet seen one that works as it should! It is obvious that you have a serious Quality Control issue. I am EXHAUSTED with the time, trouble and great inconvenience I have suffered to get what was supposed to be an expensive, albeit world class, solution to use with my iPad Air 2. Frankly, my continual need to get replacements for each faulty device makes me want reparation beyond the paltry free shipping back and forth. (LAST NOTE: Even though I had the first bad experience with the warped 9.7, I still ordered one from your Amazon store, AND purchased a 12.9 for my husband’s iPad Pro. The 12.9 works great. He loves it. I am incredibly jealous and sad that my experiences with the 9.7 model production/Quality Assurance have been so poor. . .) FINAL NOTE- I just tried to post this review and got this message: “Oops! Something went wrong, and your review has not been posted yet. We would really love to hear from you – please try posting again in 10 minutes.” Wow.

I had an opportunity to work with the customer service group… I found their customer support to be excellent… I also think the design of their product was very well done.

I purchased the very first Brydge keyboard for iPad Air/Air2 and it was frought with build quality issues and failed within a short period of time. Time has passed and so have the issues, my new Brydge for iPad Pro 9.7 is PERFECT! - it is by far the best external keyboard for iPad. Build quality is excellent, battery life and quality of parts is very high. Well done Brydge for providing the best 3rd party keyboard for iPad. Now the Brydge keyboard for Surface Pro is my next purchase to make!!
