I've been a user of Logitech iPad keys boards for years and generally found them seamless. Sadly they don't make one for an iPad Pro 9.7" so I thought I'd give the Brydge product a go. It's not lived up to the performance of the competition though and as such is now relegated to the drawer at just two weeks old. The keyboard disconnects frequently and most times won't reconnect when you hit a key. Forcing you to either cycle Bluetooth on the iPad or turn the keyboard off and on again. A number of letters also stick. E is the worst culprit with frustratingly frequent eeeeee appearing in sentences. At any price the performance would be annoying. At the high price, this keyboard looks and feels the part but underperforms woefully. I could not recommend to anyone to buy this product.

A very awesome product, it feels like i have a mini-apple laptop, the keyboard is solid just like my MacBook Air, the backlit key functions are awesome. Connect the iPad Air2 was very easy. It just feels like i’m typing on a smaller version of my MAcBookAir which is what i bought it for when i don’t have my laptop and come up with an idea for Uni work, having these keys to type are way better than using touch screen on the iPad, much quicker. Only one downside for me is the Hinge Grips are not great, i think if Brydge came up with an alternative this keyboard will be very hard to beat, maybe an upgrade of the type of rubber used with some more grip stability like a tyre pattern or pimples situated on them.

Originally I bought the Apple Smart Keyboard for my iPad Pro 9.7. I wish I would have saved my money and just bought the Brydge Keyboard. It is much better. You can actually use your tablet in a variety of different places (as opposed to making sure you were in a position that will keep it from flopping around). Also - the actual keyboard seems less cramped. I bought the space grey. The color was off just a little. Very close - but not exact. It was heavier than I thought it would be. But it has to be heavier to keep the tablet from falling over. Anyways - it is awesome and I highly recommend the purchase.

Absolutely livid. Received this keyboard in mail yesterday...in a Manila envelope (I kid you not). The keyboard , supposedly new, has food on the back. There are scratches on the box it is in. I hold a Masters Degree...yet I cannot look at the picture and tell how/where to plug it up to charge. Also, to pair...it says to hold the button on the RIGHT side for 3 seconds....there IS NOTHING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE KEYBOARD!!! I found it in the very front lip of the keyboard...what the hell? There is no port that fits the cable they sent with this thing. I paid $150.00 for this keyboard. I have emailed twice...not one response. You cannot reach them by phone...how customer-friendly does that tell you they are??? Also, someone on here stated that they charge 7% re-stocking fee for a return. I never saw that anywhere...and I will not NOT put up a fight for my rights on this...especially when the directions are PICTURES only...and the plug in to the keyboard fits NOTHING ON THE KEYBOARD. There were all these glowing reports...learn fast, people...I seriously suspect fake write ups. This is maddening...and worse that I cannot reach ANYONE...they don't get back to you...this will definitely get around eventually, I will help it happen, and they won't be as elevated as they seem to think they are. It always happens to companies like this. Their reputation will precede them in time.

This keyboard touts the 'speakers' which I believed would enhance my iPad Pro experience. They do not. They are no better than old fashioned radio speakers. I thought I had stepped back into the 1970s. The keyboard hinge attachments seemed snug until I carried the iPad and then they slipped causing me to have to adjust the iPad and keyboard to bring them into alignment. This company also charges a fee to 'restock' the keyboard if you are not satisfied (7%) and requires that you pay for the return postage (nearly unheard of in today's society). I will not purchase from this company again. Their ads are appealing but the product does not live up. I suppose they make a bit on the restock.
