I'm journalist from Germany and this is the first keyboard working for me. I can discuss now with my interviewpartners and writing down the answers using the ten finger system. It's the same feeling as on a Macbook keyboard. The iPad Air 2 changed into a useable notebook. I tested a lot of keyboards, but this is finally the best. Bought from Amazon and the Protective Shell direct from Brydge.

Loved my first one and hope to love this one but the "w" key is sticking. Sent message but no response. Disappointing.

It's okay. I keep loosing my wifi connection. It keeps shutting down with the keyboard. Would think twice before purchasing again.

Would be a great keyboard (maybe?) if the company didn't send a USED product that only half works! Purchased what I thought was to be a new product for 150$. But my keyboard arrived open, battery dead and the cables unraveled/opened.Finally charged the keyboard to find the back lights do not work! It is clear that it was previously used! Frustrating! Customer service is atrocious! Emailed several times just to try to exchange for a non-used product. Can not call because the company is located in Singapore. Only reply to my emails was a video on how to connect my keyboard by Bluetooth!?!!! Seriously?! No other replies! I do not recommend the company to anyone! Please, save yourself the frustration!

It's a good keyboard, but the attachment mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. It holds the iPad so low that you cannot access the slide-up screen to activate the bluetooth easily and it does no detach easily from the keypad. I need to be able to detach the keyboard quickly and easily for use in court and this keyboard does not facilitate that. Further, it has a manual "on" which is cumbersome. A keyboard this nice should have an automatic "on" button.

Purchased the Brydge Keyboard and it worked like a charm for six months. Then, the cursor started jumping around and repeated characters without depressing a key. The screen scrolled uncontrollably. There is no Tech or Customer Support phone number--just a bogus email address where you get no support at all. This company never offered to repair or replace the unit. I now have an expensive aluminum paperweight on my desk. I have made it a mission to advise my close to 5,000 Facebook friends about this and share this with many business associates. I know Brydge is waiting for my warranty to run out with their silence--but they have unfortunately messed with the wrong person. Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Consumer Affairs and even my State Attorney General's office is next. Brydge may be an offshore company, but they are not beyond the reach of Justice.
