“No issues with the keyboard but one addition they should make is to include a magnet to shut the I-pad off when closed. Several times I have returned to use my device and the battery is dead. I don't want to use auto off because when I'm working I have to restart each time is sleeps.”

“Loved this keyboard but stopped charging after 1 year (convenient). Emailed support to see if they have a repair option, was told they don't repair and they initially offered me to buy a new one with 10% off. I was livid and complained. Upon that they offered me a 35% discount for a new one subject that I send my one back via recorded delivery. Costed around £10 ($15). Bit of a hollow victory. I do like this product but I'm not very happy that they don't offer repairs.”
