“This is my second BrydgeAir keyboard (my children trashed the first!), and it was an easy decision to re-buy. My first purchase was in the US, second in the UK and it shipped from a UK depot with no shipping fees. 'Connected' to the iPad it effectively makes it into a laptop and feels like a product Apple itself would have built. Battery life is very lengthy and connection and set-up easy. My one reservation would be with the BrydgeAir sound: I'm not sure the sound quality is as good as the iPad itself. Thankfully there is a choice on that - you can connect it or not. In summary I think this is a fantastic product and I thoroughly recommend it.”

“I had to modify the holders for my iPad to fit. So far, I've had to "forget" the device to pair it after shutting it down and trying to use it later. There is no indication that the device is on, charged or in pairing mode. That's a bit frustrating. The keyboard itself is a good size, the keys give good feedback. It's an okay device!”

“I switched from a Zagg to the Bridge. My Zagg was only a few months old when the resistance on the hinges was done and all it did was flop around. Too soon to tell on the Bridge but so far the quality is much better that the one it replaced. It feels like an Apple product and is not just some cheap plastic wanna be. Sure you can buy a cheaper one but in this case you really get what you pay for. It is a little hard to open and a slight indent for fingers would be nice and solve that problem. The color match is perfect and if you can’t tell I really like it, a lot!”

“My keyboard wasn’t functioning correctly right out of the box. I have contract support and they were very slow responding. It took over 5 days. Now they asked me to try several problem solving tips which have worked. I’m still trying to resolve the issue after almost two weeks. You can only reach them by e-mail, no telephone support number. I would recommend until they get this act together.”
