Other than one complaint it is amazing but the virtual key board keeps popping up Also when I received protective shell it was already scratched up and I called and could not get a response to see if I could return it other than that the keyboard works great so far.

poor support. Sent withhout any documentation and it took a week of email before I received an online link for the setup

I sat next to a guy on a flight and saw this BrydgeAir he had for his IPad 2 and had to get one. It is the best ever. Makes your IPad look like a MacBook Pro laptop. Best investment I have ever made.

I bought the BrydgeAir for my iPad Air2 and to use it on the go while traveling for work. The keyboard is very stylish and matches exactly to the color of my iPad which makes it nice. Typing is very natural and I really like the lighting feature when I’m typing something at night. All of the keys and shortcuts work perfectly. It can be a bit slow when toggling from one app or screen to another when using the hot keys. The biggest problem I had was they accidentally placed the incorrect key to the keyboard. When I sent an email for an exchange, I was told they needed to receive it first before sending me a new one. I understand that mistakes are made but they should not penalized the customer for their mistake. They should have sent me a new replacement right away and worried about the faulty keyboard at a later time. So now I’m stuck with a payment for something that I don’t have. I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often but they should accommodate the customer first when something like this occurs. If I was to rate this product, I would give it a 4. The keyboard is a bit on the heavier side and the hot key functionality of toggling from one screen to another or app was a bit annoying when trying to multi-task. I would rate the customer service a 3.5. While they responded within a day or so, I was disappointed they didn’t send a new keyboard right away. Perhaps even throw me a discount or an accessory for the inconvenience.

My "home" button is hit or miss, my F key sticks in the depressed position, and the sound is not what I expected. For the money, I'm not sure it's worth it.

I bought this product believing that it would be a keyboard cover for the iPad Air 2. When I opened the box I realized this was not as advertised. The keyboard is very heavy and makes the unit heavier than a Macbook. Also, the iPad is not secure in the keyboard; rather, it can slide right out when you close the keyboard and try to carry. I immediately went the Brydge site to find out how to return only to learn they want a restocking fee and an additional fee if you don't send them a tracking number for return 9neither of which was stated at checkout). I followed the instructions for return and sent the required email but have not received a response for 9 days. The site says you must return within 14 days; however, when a company fails to respond this is impossible. I had my credit card company try to call them as well regarding this matter only to learn that they only have a phone number in Singapore (i.e., no phone number in the US). In short, an awful experience. I would not recommend this company or this product.
