“I sent 2 emails to you I purchased a keypad by mistake thinking it was an I pad Im 86yrs old and need this item you did not reply I dont know what now to do I think your company would let me know what should do,not a good service .”

“the item is very well made. it feels substantial, heavy. too heavy for me, in combination with the ipad pro. and herein lies the problem. i like the ipad, the os environment, but the freedom of windows.. here we come to design & form. i recently tried, and quickly returned, the surface go. the back plate stand is 'the game changer'. the keyboard is light and functional with a beautiful typing experience. as good or better than the brydge really. i write a lot. i would prefer the surface keyboard to the brydge version which is heavier and less secure, just. were the keyboard on the surface go, as big as the keyboard on the original s/pro, i would be using it now in all honesty. as it is, i need to justify the extra expense on a surface 7, my next wish list item. my son uses my ipad pro with the brydge… we call it his mini macbook . the brydge keyboard need to be more secure in its connection, and shave off some weight by incorporating an anti-topple over leg affair, towards the back maybe? . would i but it again … no. it’s too heavy; though it needs to be to support the devices its paired with. my small son loves it”
