“I ordered an open box item. The unit came and was damaged, The right corner had clear signs of damage. I am going to make an attempt to return the unit. I wanted new unit but they didn’t have any in stock so I took a risk to no positive avail. This is was a gift for my mom during this pandemic and now the notion to get to my 80 year old mom online has been further delayed. This is my first experience with Brydge. Hoping this won’t be my last but that outcome rest with the post sale support I receive. Ray Charles could see the damage to the unit. I want this address and ASAP. Brydge should replace the unit and ship it next day air their dime. Poor QA processes and practices should not be the burden of the consumer.”

“Most operations are straight forward and useful. Exception - not always obvious as to how to exit a screen, app, or program. Very frustrating to have to hit the home button and start over.”
