“Arrived broken over a week ago. It took Brydge a week just to ask for pics. Still waiting for the return sticker.I was just looking to exchange. Now I’m pretty sure I just want a refund. I don’t want to deal with a company with such poor customer service. There’s all these notices that it must be returned in 14, I better still get a refund!”

“Well, the previous Brydge 9.7 I bought gave out. I am very gentle with computer equipment, yet some of the keys quit working. I bought it through a reseller and Brydge wouldn't honor the warranty. Fair enough, I got three years out of it. I just hope this one holds out. Would rank higher, but I think Brydge needs to stand behind their products and at least figure out why they quit working.”

“I purchased this keyboard since I would be doing quite a bit of traveling this year. It definitely had a Macbook feel to it and was easy to install and use. The product itself is very sturdy. I mainly used it for emails with my ipad. I packed it in my suitcase as well as in my carry on and the weight was not significant. I am a petite person so the weight of this keyboard was important to me during travel. There are a couple of cons about this keyboard that were not significant but could be improve in future models. -power button: It is easy to turn on but the power on button does not stay illuminated. So you don't know if the keyboard is on or not. There were times were I forgot to turn it off at night and it drained the battery. -ipad clips: The clips hold securely when adjusted with the ipad, but for storage the clips don't fold totally flat. If its in my bag without my ipad or my suitcase it sticks out and may get caught on other items. -accessories: I looked into purchasing accessories for my ipad and keyboard combo such as a cover but because of the high price of the brydge accessories I decided to pass.”
