“Cons: SHORT battery life, Size doesn’t match ipad 6 size, blocks access to screen, missing function keys. Pros: sturdy, with better than normal keyboard feel Not really happy with this keyboard, particularly in light of all the glowing reviews. Give today’s battery tech, the short life, lost it an entire star. Throw in the other cons, and I was hard pressed to give it a 3.”

“I loved this keyboard when I first purchased it. It was a nice style. It connects easily to your iPad. Some of my keys even broke and they were super helpful and made the warranty process easy for a replacement. I received a replacement and it worked for about two months. Now I have a lot of issues with keys not registering. I reached out again and was told I need to send a video of it not working. I did. I heard no response and when I followed up they asked for my address to begin the warranty process. Great. Well this was over a week ago from today and I heard no confirm they sent anything to me as far as paid postage for this exchange. I emailed again two days ago and didn’t even get a response. I’m very disappointed at this point. I loved this keyboard but if this is how the customer service is going to work now I can’t purchase these products.”

“While mot perfect this is the best keyboard and back protector I have found for iPad. I have tried many over the past 10 years. It does an excellent job protecting and the keyboard works flawlessly. I would give 5 stars but the one issue I have is with the rubber grips that hold the iPad to the keyboard to the protective shell. They are difficult to install and have to be adjusted ever few days. All in all I would definitely purchase this again. It is the best on the market so far”
