Absolutely LOVE my Brydge keyboard and their customer service. I ordered the keyboard and stood at the counter to install it as SOON as I opened the box. I somehow lost one of the rubber pads in the bottom. Contacted Kieran in customer service and they arrived in less than a week. Was so impressed I’ve ordered the case and a leather carrier.

I received this keyboard as a Christmas gift. I loved it, but it no longer works after just four months!!! The keys stop working and the keyboard no longer charges. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

I bought both the keyboard and the slimline case for my new iPad, thinking that would make a complete case for travel. On my first trip out of town, I was unable to use the keyboard because when I pulled the iPad from the keyboard exactly as the instructions said to do it, the hinge on the keyboard broke. When I contacted Brydge, they were very familiar with the problem, immediately mentioning the slimline case as contributing to the problem. They asked me if I "twisted" the iPad when removing it. I did not. If they know it is a problem, why do they sell the slimline at all? I had to ship the keyboard back, (at their expense at least) and asked for a new keyboard, but they repaired the other one instead. I was without any keyboard while they had it.
