“We pre-ordered and received a Vertical Dock for MacBook Air (13 inch). The dock arrived before the MacBook Air. When we connected the MacBook Air through the vertical dock the monitor display was noticeably less quality on our new LG 27UK850-W 27" 4K UHD IPS Monitor than we were used to on our old iMac. However, connecting the MacBook Air directly to the monitor produced the quality display we were used to seeing on our iMac. Yesterday, I messaged Brydge about the issue through the webpage message app, requesting to return the dock for a refund. I never received even an automated response letting me know when I should expect to hear from Brydge. Today I called and had to leave a message. I will try to update this review after I receive a response from the company.”

“This is just a wonderful dock.This doesn't take up a lot of space has good cable management and because of its weight stays where you put it. I have recommended it to several people. I've used others that slide around, don't really save any desk space and are generally a PITA. Buy It. If you are not as happy with it as I am I will be shocked.”

“Previously bought "The Stone Pro" and happy with it, so decided to give this product a go. - Macbook will not fit in dock if fitted with any kind of sleeve, so the protective cover will have to come off the computer every time I get to my office. - Too sensitive to movement. Any bump to my desk, will make the computer disconnect from the dock and everything that is connected to it. This is getting replaced as soon as possible!”

“This is one of the coolest things I have for my office. The vertical dock for the 16in MacBook Pro is a product I’ve be asking for since Apple released the MacBook. Brydge did a fantastic job designing this. It holds the MacBook up right and trust me it doesn’t move. The weight of the dock is excellent and very well balanced preventing what we are all thinking; tipping over - it just won’t happen! Shopping took forever BUT, that was strictly due to the pandemic. The Brydge team was so attentive to my order and constantly checked in with me via email to ensure I got the dock on time. I would absolutely recommend this for any power users that love great design and functionality. P.s. I have two 5k displays contacted via daisy chain to one port and the Brydge pro dock connected to the second port.”

“For what I paid it should work OOB - it does not. It does not support dual monitors. It is now one more piece of unused gear in the closet.”
