“When I originally ordered the vertical stand for the 16” MBP at the beginning of January, I was told it would ship mid-January. When the beginning of February rolled around and I still didn’t have a shipping notification or tracking number, I reached out to support for an update. It was then that I was told the shipment date changed to mid-February with no communication or notification from anyone at Brydge. I understand supply chain issues, but when I’m depending on this dock for work, proactive communication would have been helpful. Needless to say, the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll be telling colleagues to look elsewhere.”

“It’s very Convenient but I wish it was a snugger fit. The MacBook leans at an angle. Makes me worried about the ports.”

“Decent product; works as advertised But showed up WAY later than expected and frustration had already driven me to order different laptop. Was too late to cancel order, so here I am. These take far, far too long to come out after Apple releases new designs.”

“Just amazing! I can’t say enough good things about it. Just drop your laptop into the base and you’re ready to go. When you’re ready to head out, just pick it up to remove it. No holding the bottom or pulling with excessive force.. it’s just easy.”
