Great product. The keys feel a little plasticy and it’s not light, but works well and is easy to use

The packing slip and email order show an order for the iPad Pro 12.9" keyboard - delivered an 11" keyboard. I'm waiting to see if they'll take care of the correction after a series of emails.

As advertised. Nice fit, and effective. Just wish it was a little lighter.

My keyboard came with a screw missing from the bottom. Overall it’s a nice design and makes it feel like an MacBook. Improvements would be making the back notches where the iPad is inserted, much less stiff to insert (the rubber things come out of alignment super easy), and to adjust. Using it in reverse tablet mode is pointless due to the how heavy this is and the fact that is hard to insert. I’d much rather take it out and leave it out to use in this mode. They keys seem good to me. Some reviews mentioned that it required hitting the buttons dead center. I haven’t had an issue with that. Maybe it was older models. The protective cover needs ALOT of improvement. Why not make it wrap in some areas to make it secure. Not very secure. If you’re looking for that MacBook feel and a good keyboard, this does the trick. So far they have good customer service and quick shipping

I bought this keyboard when I purchased my iPad Pro thinking that it would be the best of both worlds, protection and utility. Well due to failure of the hinge rubber grips my iPad separated from the keyboard and fell on the hardwood floor cracking my iPad all the way across. Very frustrated that this happened only months into my purchase. Pay attention to the rubber pieces that are covering the hinges where you attach the 2 pieces together. The rubber piece is very thin and slips over the metal like a glove. It felt secure like it normally was but once the side that was compromised released the other hinge was unable to hold the iPad securely causing it to come apart and fall. I have had IPads for years and never broken a screen because I purchased covers and was cautious with my equipment. I spent the last 17 years as IT Director for County Government and was over all technology purchases. This is not my first "rodeo" and friction from the rubber material worked fine until the failure. I am not sure if there is a better way, maybe more hinges on each side for redundancy for instance. Buyer beware because you need to check that friction connection closely to avoid a similar situation.

I incorrectly ordered a different size of an ipad cover. And I immediately, within 10 minutes cancelled it. I even sent an email telling them bit to ship the product. However, they ended up shipping and charged me for shipping and return shipping etc. Interacted with a customer service person on email. They dont have phone support. The cust service person did not take care of the situation.
