“The keyboard is great, nothing to moan about. I think the company needs to work on its customer service though. Whilst ordering they promised a delivery within a week. Then silence for 4 weeks - no response to 3 emails. I have no problems with a delay if I am kept informed. Finally I got a response (no apology) and the keyboard delivered. Contrast that with my online supermarket - it even sends me an automated text if my driver is delayed by 15 mins.”

“The Brydge keyboard is excellent. It transforms the iPad Pro from an iPad to a near laptop, and I believe that with the new iPad OS release in September, it will be even better. I love the keyboard and it works as advertised. It seriously increases the utility of the iPad for all sorts of applications. Also, the battery life is astounding. I don’t know if it will last a year, but after about 6 weeks I have hardly dented its remaining charge. The downside is that it doubles the weight and thickness of the iPad Pro. This is not a problem because you can always remove the Brydge keyboard when you want to go light, say, for travel. My one comment is that there is little key feedback, so you have to be careful to firmly press the keys or you will have missing characters. Just takes a little bit of getting used to the touch on the keyboard. This is a seriously good product and much better than the Apple foldable keyboard. It adds weight and size, and requires a firm typing style, but truly transforms the iPad Pro into a really usable machine. I will be looking forward to adding a pointing device when the new operating system is released.”

“É necessário desanexar o iPad do teclado, virá-lo ao contrário e depois colocá-lo de volta para que seja possível usar a versão tablet. Acaba sendo melhor não usar o teclado e deixar o iPad desprotegido quando você quer usar o iPad como tablet. Fora isso, fui super bem atendido daqui do Brasil. A entrega demorou um pouco mais além do prometido. Chegou em 14 dias em vez de 6 dias. A digitação é confortável e realmente é como se estivesse digitando em um MacBook. Uso o iPadOS Beta e a experiência é bem agradável. Infelizmente durante o dia sou obrigado a usar uma outra capa sem teclado, por conta da praticidade porque uso muito como tablet. Mas de noite quando estou em casa coloco o teclado brydge e fico deitado na cama digitando sem o menor problema. O alumínio do teclado me dá a sensação de estar realmente usando um MacBook, com a sensação de geladinho quando meus punhos encostam no teclado. Sinto falta de um trackpad embutido para aumentar a sensação de MacBook. Mas com o iPadOS acho que isso se resolverá com a possibilidade de usar mouse. Mas realmente o fato de ter que desanexar o tablet do teclado pra usar como tablet é bem desagradável e diminui bastante a experiência de tablet.”

“The keyboard is great, but it can’t type Spanish orthography sings. I’m an arm amputee and is really hard to detach the iPad from the keyboard when I want to turn the screen, and the clips that holds the iPad looks that it wont last long. Every time I try to detach the iPad I let someone do it for me so I don't look stupid struggling the the pad and also to be careful of not breaking anything. Theres no cover to protect the iPad from accidents, only a magnetic panel that superficially covers the iPad and it always falls, totally unnecessary and bad design for an object that id always moving. After a month of using this product now I noticed that the keyboard light flashes without me touching the keys. I give 3 stars because it makes my iPad look nice, and I never had problems with the battery, thats all. Definitely I suggest to buy something more simple and cheaper than this product.”
