The hinges are loose when the iPad is inclined to more than 45º downwards. It slides down, I guess due to the weight. Rather annoying.

The docking process becomes annoying is when the rubber parts of the hinge get detached from the metal parts. Because of the rubber lining, I have noticed that the weight of the iPad Pro can cause to it flip backwards a bit when I pick it up using the keyboard portion. I am afraid this will cause damage to my IPad pro.

Love the keyboard and the quality. It feels like a MacBook when I rest my palms when typing. It does have a little more weight than I thought, but it’s not a deal breaker. Would love to see more color options with the magnetic cover.

Shipping box had holes when received. The packaging for the keyboard was scuffed and poorly packed for me. Customer service was not easy to communicate with. I didn’t read into the weight before buying, but it adds a lot of bulk to the iPad Pro. Consider cheaper options or the Apple Keyboard case.

After comparing the current keyboard options for the iPad Pro, I narrowed it down to the Brydge. Yes, it has a higher cost that some other options but the quality and functionality offset the increased cost. Initial setup took multiple attempts because the Bluetooth connection was not being recognized. I don’t know if the issue was on the iPad side or the Brydge side. Regardless, after finally making the connection it has worked consistently. Since the iPad Pro has no home button, the home button on the keyboard is much appreciated and very practical. Actually, the whole row of function keys are very handy. One note — sometimes the home key has be pressed several times, but I suspect this issue is with the iPad. The feel and quality of the keyboard is above and beyond the competition.. Well worth the extra cost since I give it a daily workout.

It's on the heavy side but very good for typing, love the feel of it while using it. Good protection too. But no, I am not tempting you to drop it to test it.
