“Initially I was nervous about ordering a Brydge keyboard for my 12.9” 2018 iPad Pro. I spent a lot of money on the Apple Smart Keyboard when I first purchased my iPad Pro and had some reservations. However, after watching countless YouTube videos I was really on the edge. A coworker of mine pre-ordered the keyboard on kickstarter seeing the Brydge keyboard in person immediately sold it for me. The aluminum build and Space Grey finish is beautiful and allows for a notebook feel. The keyboard has a palm rest that I am used to on my MacBook. The keys have decent travel and a feeling similar to the pre-2016 MacBook Pros. Brydge thought ahead unlike Apple and included a home button in the top left corner of the keyboard, followed by a lock button, brightness buttons and a Siri button plus several others. The clamps (if you can call them that) hold my iPad Pro perfectly in place and the infinite viewing angles is a great feeling coming from my MacBook. Lastly, one of my favourite features is the backlit lighting on the Brydge keyboard which made it a great asset on my most recent trip where I only took my iPad Pro. I was initially worried about Bluetooth latency and battery life, however, neither of these factors have been a concern and hold up quite well. My only wish was that this keyboard would of used the smart connector instead of Bluetooth and a rechargeable battery but all the pros outweigh the lack of smart connector use. Compared to Zaggs, Logitechs, and Apple’s Smart Keyboard, Brydge has created the best option on the market. I highly recommend.”

“The dimension and the material are very good, matching the ipad. Installing and connecting to the ipad are very easy too. The back cover with magnet adds useful protection against scratches.”
