“I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with both the product and the customer “service” I had to endure. Not only did multiple products have the same defect at the rubber nobs at the corners, but the long drawn out process of getting a response from customer service and the lack of accountability displayed by the agent and your company was shocking. It’s as if my real experiences and observations were discredited and dismissed until I stood firm and demanded justice. Too often companies now release unfinished and defective products, only to try to deal with it after the fact (in your case, much less proactive). What happened to getting what you pay for? I’m spending $200 (part of which was not refunded to me because your company refuses to credit the shipping costs) only to waste weeks of my time trying to get some kind of reasonable response and my money back, and even then your company found a way to compromise your service. Deplorable. Despicable. You should be ashamed of yourselves.”

“Although I still think this is the best keyboard available, it needs some tweaks. I have an iPad Pro 2018 and a 12.9” Brydge Pro keyboard. I have to reconnect the bluetooth about 5 times in a week. This is unacceptable. I hope you offer a firmware update soon. Otherwise, I am grateful for your product and your diligence. I have spoken highly of your products on my podcast and several of my freinds have bought on my recommendation. I hope you can make it 100% perfect soon. Thanks.”

“I had and earlier version of the keyboard for the 12.9 IPad Pro this year and the rubber shims were terrible and tore through quickly. I returned the item and got this newer version with the enhance shims and it works much better.”
