“I placed an order and a week later when it still hadn’t shipped I sent several emails to cancel the order. I did not get a response until they said it was shipped but I was told not to worry that I could return it. When it arrived and I tried to return it, I had to send several emails over a week to get a response—then I was told I would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. I will never buy from this company again!!!!”

“This keyboard delivers on its promises as a premium product. The Brydge keyboard is the best looking option with it's aluminum, color-matched finish, great key-travel and clicky-ness, backlighting, and smooth hinge design. I just hope there won't be too much wear over time on the rubber hinge grips from removing and replacing the iPad. One thing for buyers to consider is just how heavy this keyboard is. It's weighted to stay right-side-up regardless of the angle of the screen, which is great, it's just the result is a pretty hefty laptop for the size.”

“I essentially have a touch screen laptop now. The keyboard connects with the iPadPro effortlessly and allows me to control multiple functions. I attached a pen holder from Amazon to the magnetic cover and this secures the pen even better than the built in magnet.”

“I was a Kickstarter backer of the original Brydge. But I hated the feel of that keyboard, and it quickly got shuffled to a back shelf of my office. This one is a great improvement over that beta model. The fit and finish are superb; the iPad Pro fits perfectly and seems to hold as well as can be expected. I have hardly removed my Brydge since I got it, so I guess that speaks to how much value I am finding. But the keyboard itself still has issues. The keys stick. The wake/connect cycle with Bluetooth takes longer than I want it to (I know that's not fair to Brydge; the "smart connector" keyboard pins just aren't well placed for any design other than Apple's. But the keys do stick. Sometimes. I had one get stuck opening a new tab in Safari and I wound up with several hundred new tabs before I got it unstuck and stopped. I want to start typing as soon as the iPad wakes, but I can't.”

“I like my new Bridge keyboard and cover for my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9”. The keys are responsive and the backlighting helps in a dark room. There is a slight delay when using keyboard when it has not been on recently - not immediate like the Apple keyboard. It is heavier that I would like, especially after using the old iPad Pro keyboard from Apple. However, it does provide a greater viewing range than the Apple version and is more stable on my lap. Somewhat cheaper than the Apple keyboard.”

“A fine product. I tested the Apple keyboard and found it to be nice and light, but not too good for typing. The Logitech option was joyless. So far, the Brydge has been just about as perfect as one could hope in a product like this. It’s sturdy and feels great to type with. Thanks!”

“Love the design and concept. Makes it feel like a Mac. But it continues to disconnect if I don’t use it for a short while and will not respond every 10th key when typing. If they fix this, worth every penny.”
