“I waited for months to receive their so-called "tuned to perfection" keyboard and guess what I got when it finally came? A freaking broken one! There were minor scratches all over it, the lock button activated Siri, and the worst thing was the terrible lag that the keyboard had. You'd have to hold a button for 3-4 long seconds for a letter to be finally displayed. I connected their customer service and guess what they told me? They said that there isn't anything wrong with it; it is supposed to be that way. I sent them an aggressive response for the dismissive email I woke up to in my inbox. Finally, someone called me and apologized for their employees chose of words. They promised to replace my defective keyboard by Friday, June 28th, 2019 and failed to keep that promise. I postpone my trip to GA to wait for my keyboard since my iPad is the primary tool I use for work. My package never came that Friday, instead i received a FedEx notification saying that the arrival time was 5 days later... I sent them an email that day, no response. Monday, July 1st, 2019 finally came around, no response. Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019, the day my package is supposed to be delivered, no package in sight. I, unfortunately, had to dispute the charge from my bank and purchase a keyboard from Apple quickly. I even got written up at my job because of them. Since I exchanged my company laptop for my iPad in hopes that they would have sent me an overall working keyboard or a replacement on time, my performance went down at work. I feel stupid for recommending their Keyboard to the whole corporation I work for. I feel even more ridiculous for putting faith in their irresponsible, unreliable, and untrustworthy company. They wouldn't even send me a complimentary cover for their tremendous inconvenience I went through. I will be creating a youtube video of keyboard they sent and revealing screenshot on how they responded to my complaint sometime this month July 2019 Until then I recommend purchasing the Slim Folio Pro: http://youtu.be/g82M2VLGnOw PS. “The keyboard is VERY nicely designed and refined but keys are too close together and I end up inadvertently punching an extra key or two but the real problem is this keyboard does NOT connect like the Smart Keyboard from Apple. Instead you must rely on Bluetooth which is slow to connect on the iPad Pro. Multiple key taps to wake up the keyboard thus the iPad. I do not feel the value is here today and will be returning it. Maybe v.2 will get there but I expect my keyboard to work the second I tap a button.”

“The best tactile feel of any Apple keyboard, IMO! Adds support and rigidity to this very thin iPad. Transform the iPad into a laptop replacement for us. Construction quality, fit and finish is on par with Apple. So pleased with this product, we purchased two!”

“You can really fool people into thinking you've got a Mac mini. Its metal matches perfectly with all the iPad color options and the backlit keys are a huge bonus! Simply beautiful.”
