“I actually love the Brydge keypad as it’s my third. Unfortunately the second one needed to be replaced prematurely as the strength of the hinges weekend to the point where the screen would not stay upright. Hoping this one will be better!”

“I have had other keyboards for previous iPads i have owned and find typing on a keyboard much more enjoyable than on the screen itself. I prefer keyboards which function more like a laptop. Previous keyboards eventually always failed when the hinge mechanism gave out. When I upgraded iPads I decided to go with the best laptop style keyboard case I could find. Brydge fit the bill perfectly. Granted it is a bit heavier however so far it has met all my expectations. I am hoping that over time the hinge mechanism will hold up as that has always been a source of my failures and hence frustrations. The Brydge keyboard feels like a high end laptop keyboard and not a cheap alternative. So far I am impressed and do not regret purchasing this quality keyboard case......”

“There are several deficiencies with this product. First of all, the keyboard goes into sleep mode even while the iPad is unlocked, and does not wake up when the iPad is opened. (My last keyboard for my old iPad did not have these problems, and it was 5 years older.) When you hit a key, there is a noticeable lag before the keyboard “wakes up”. The magnetic back for the iPad is easily dislodged, and the keyboard is very heavy. I would have returned this keyboard, but I couldn’t find one I liked better that would fit my 2020 iPad Pro. It works, and that is about the best I can say. I am hoping a better one comes on the market soon, and I can replace it.”
