“The rubber bumpers to insert my iPad came undone the first week and I’m not able to use it to prop up my iPhone. Are use my iPad in the field is not a very good option if you need to take your iPad in and out of the keyboard as the rubber padding comes undone.”

“Horrible, doesn’t fit at all. Argument support people, No accountability for mistakes. I would not EVER recommend buying something from this company. I am returning product and disputing purchase with credit card company for fraudulent product sales.”

“It's a nice keyboard. The mounting to the iPad is my concern. I got it set perfectly when setting it up. Then over the course of the next couple weeks. it started not 'closing' all the way so there was a growing gap between the keyboard and the iPad on the non-hinge side. So I tried for 3 days to get it back to perfect. Alas, to no avail. Since I was worried about the stress on the iPad and didn't like the way the gap made me feel that it would possibly crack the glass on the iPad if it got bumped. Never had to worry about the battery life as it didn't stay on my iPad long enough to worry about that. I loved the look like it was a clear match to my iPad. Setup was a breeze. Too bad it didn't stay 'together' My iPad is now in the bulkier, not as friendly Logitech keyboard case that also offers a bit more protection.”

“Product is generally good. However I have still not received the magnetic back case for my generation of iPad and the rubber which holds the iPad in place has already broken. I have only used the keyboard a few times.”

“The hinge design is poor. My iPad keeps sliding to the left every time I open it. Does not stay in place. I have bought several Brydge keyboards this one is not good.”
