“Not happy with product. The rubber grips that hold the iPad to the keyboard lasted 1 week. They have stretched and no longer are usable. Tried to get ahold of someone for replacements. Still have not heard from anyone. Also I purchased the iPad Pro 2020 model. Still waiting on back replacement cover as the one supplied with keyboard only fits the older iPad.”

“The pairing of the keyboard to the I-Pad is easy. The keys of the keyboard are precise in output. The bedding with which the Brydge keyboard connects to the I-Pad is extremely well constructed and firm, devoid of the flaky control provided by the cloth hinges of other kinds of keypads. However, the Brydge keypad arrived with the wrong back cover, and, after it shipped much later, to the “correct” version the replacement cover provided does not fit either. Finally one of the rubber anchors into which the iPad is placed arrive torn. All avoidable with more careful packaging and up-to-date advertising.”

“This keyboard was one of the two options I could choose from either the Apple magic fold or the Brydge. I ordered the Brydge and I have to say that I am surprised that it works well with my Ipad pro 12.9inch. However there are some cons to begin with the back cover. The company had sent me a cover suitable for the 2020 Ipad models because originally my order came with the 2018 Ipad pro cover which doesn't fit well on the 2020 models. That was a nice service that the company provided however the bottoms doesn't fit well with the keyboard that I ordered which bothers me to be honest for the price that you pay at least they should provide you a back cover that fits well with your product right? Because that's what you are paying for so for that error I gave it 3 stars. The setup with the bluetooth connection was easy even though it was a bit hard in the beginning were I press the on/off button and the bluetooth button, eventually it connected with my Ipad pro within a few seconds. The keyboard is nice designed and perfectly fit for the Ipad pro although I can't really recommend this keyboard for traveler's because of its weight. Together with the Ipad pro it will be definitely too heavy for carry it around which makes this purchase a bummer with a second thought. If the Brydge keyboard was lighter but with the same esthetics and functionality then it could be a better choice for travellers. For Ipad users that want to save desk space and work mainly on an Ipad on their desk there are more cheaper and more comfortable options available suchs as a full sized non attached keyboard etc. The last thing I would like to mention are the battery life and the protection on the side of the Ipad pro. I had to charge the keyboard within 2 days while I barely had used the keyboard let's say maximum for 2 hours. I might did something wrong but I found it strange and annnoying to be honest. In terms of protection the front and the back side of the Ipad pro 2020 attached on the Brydge keyboard feels very solid and it can handle a small light bump however the sides aren't protected enough to keep your Ipad safe. That's another bummer and hopefully they can solve this issue for the next keyboard. Pros: * Built quality 10/10 * Esthetic design 8/10 * Typing comfort 8/10 * Shortcuts keys on keyboard 10/10 Cons: * Price 4/10 * Service 5/10 * Weight 3/10 * Battery life 3/10”

“Looks very good paired up with the iPad. Sleek and smooth. The keyboard functions very well and feels like a mini laptop. My only complaint is that the magnetic backing moves around a lot and doesn’t always stay attached.”

“I really like the physical quality of the keyboard -- the metal construction, weight, durability, and tactile response of the keyboard. I've had some issues with synchronizing the keyboard with Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth and Battery buttons weren't completely intuitive to me. I suspect that these will be non-issues as I become more familiar with the keyboard.”

“I previously purchased a Brydge keyboard for my smaller iPad and when I upgraded to the new iPad Pro I had anticipated the same thing. Unfortunately, the back cover that was sent was a flimsy magnetic cover that provides no protection and falls off constantly. I’m very disappointed for the price I paid. I will be purchasing the Apple version for more protection of my iPad and tossing this one away.”
