“This is a very nice keyboard but it’s very delicate. It is easy to connect and comfortable to type with. I love that it holds the iPad up without needing a flat surface or support like folio cases. The new IPad 11 back protector doesn’t fit well and keeps falling off. Treat it with care and follow instructions for removing and inserting iPad exactly or you risk the arms breaking off. I had two keyboards arms break off and I was told that it was more than likely because I wasn’t inserting or removing my iPad correctly. Customer service was great and replaced it but just be careful!”

“Terrific keyboard, keys have great action and very easy to install IPad and pair. It’s a bit heavy but a small sacrifice for turning my IPad into a mini laptop. The magnetic back cover does not stay in place very well. As a result, I only use it for protecting my device while storing. Overall an excellent product.”

“Originally was excited for this keyboard. I gifted my fiancé an IPad Pro 11 2020 edition and first the back cover didn’t fit. Then it took over a month for the right cover. The rubber grips that hold the iPad tore and there was minimal removal. The new cover came and barely covers the camera without sticking out. It doesn’t line up. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in this product. Still waiting to hear about a refund. Not what I expected for the price I paid.”

“The keyboard itself is great. Exactly like the one I have for my 9.7” iPad. But... the magnetic “cover” is complete junk. Shifts and comes off all the time. Doesn’t fit well around the camera. Offers ZERO protection (way different than my 9.7” iPad cover). Really really disappointing. What’s worse is Brydge isn’t super concerned about fixing this issue. Also, the hinge area is made for the “Pro+” keyboard so, it doesn’t make a good fit for the “standard Pro” model.”
