“My wife purchased this for her 2020 11" iPad pro and the back cover is not compatible. They sent an extra cover that is supposedly compatible. Unlike the previous version, the corners on the old version fit flush, where the hinges connects, the 2020 cover, the cutout isn't flush, so when you open up the iPad to type, the back covers falls down. This would seem like a very easy thing to catch in the design phase.”

“The version Pro 11 2020 magnetic backing is really weak. Barely stays on the iPad. Pretty worthless. However, the keyboard is amazing. Just don’t rely on the magnetic back for the pad itself. Kleenex works better.”

“Haven;’t used it a lot yet and had brydge keyboards on my previous devices. But when i want to travel in a configuration with less parts — coupled with the new ability to use a mouse even if mine not the brydge pro+ overall it means definitely means I can put my laptop that had to be revived back in mothballs for the next emergency. Keys are a little tight but nothing to be feeling out of sorts. Love the addition of the magnetic cover for the back and the ability to reverse the ipad for pure tablet mode.”

“My review doesn’t apply to an actual product since I returned the product before using it. However, I’m still giving 1 star because of my experience trying to return the product. I requested a refund the day after ordering it, before it even shipped. That being said, I expected a full refund l. However, no one responded to my email and the product still shipped. I emailed again after the fact and was told that they didn’t see my email in time and that their products ship from a separate warehouse. However, that shouldn’t be my problem. Contact the warehouse maybe? Once my order arrived, I had to pay for the shipping back to their warehouse since they don’t put for it themselves. I’m beyond frustrated and don’t plan to purchase any of their products.”

“The keyboard is really great. The keys are responsive and feel good under my fingers. The backlighting is good, the battery life is good, and it feels solid and sturdy. the iPad fits really well into the holders. My only issue is with the magnetic cover. I got the old model but the iPad model changed and so the cover didn’t fit. They did send me a new cover and it doesn’t fit very well. Customer service has been good and I think I will be getting a replacement cover. Otherwise I am really happy with it.”

“Love it. Had some issues with the charging cable in the beginning, but Brydge replaced it. Love the keyboard. The new magnetic cover is not as good as the old one, have to use double sided tape to keep it on the Brydge. If you had not cut out the corners it would have been better. Other than that, stellar.”
