First time buying a Brydge Product. Unfortunately the first keyboard I received was a Lemon. The hinge gave out at certain angles while typing at my desk and caused my iPad to smack the table. Luckily I had the Brydge leather protector on otherwise... scratches might have occurred. Once I contacted customer service, the replacement unit was ordered right away. I really appreciated the responsiveness from the customer support. The second unit arrived, and I was excited to get on with life and start being productive with my new keyboard. Sadly... there were (2) defects on the replacement unit. DEFECT #1: Hinge still gave out at the same angles as the first unit. DEFECT #2: The right-hand shift key made a plasticy-crunching sound every time I pressed the key. So that’s 2 for 2 Brydge. I contacted support, their posted response time is 24 to 48 hours. I’m still waiting for a response, but it’s within the time window so no issues there. But the response does seem to be taking longer, perhaps on the 2nd replacement it requires approval from a manager or what not. My Takeaway: 1. Brydge CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT. 2. The product QC either has some issues they need to sort out, or perhaps both my units were from a bad batch. Either way its disappointing and also it will make it hard for me to click that buy button without thinking if I’ll be getting myself into another processing of replacement requests... 3. What a buzz kill. :(

Firstly a few things done right: 1. Awesome customer support. The customer service rep appealed for a replacement right away and I received a replacement unit very quickly. 2. It seemed from the customer stand point that the Customer Service was on your side and was trying their best to help you out. First Unit: - The hinge gave out at certain angles. So the whole 0-180 degrees viewing angle is not working out for me. - I tried using the keyboard like the designer / co-founder did in his product video. Keyboard on my lap in a lounging position. The hinge gave out while typing and flapped right down to a 180 degree angle, all the time. Second Unit: - Hinge ad the same problem. - Right shift key has a grinding crunchy sound when I type. It sounds like sand is underneath... and no I have not been to the beach... I hope maybe the QC issues are related to perhaps a bad batch and I’m just unlucky that I’m getting units from this particular batch. I also hope they will provide a 3rd replacement unit that works as advertised. Again, customer service has been wonderful and very helpful, but its a huge bummer and becoming a bit of a drag to keep asking the nice people for another solution to another problem. My expectations are still high for Brydge. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

Brydge is so good, it looks and feels like it came out of Jony Ive’s design studio!! Great build quality, wholeheartedly recommend!!

Late delivery poor response key board damaged when it was finally delivered , brydge would not take responsibility to collect the items for refund , ended up doing a charge back through my credit card , very cocky staff and uncaring Ceo who I contacted through LinkedIn as this company does not take phone calls

Solidly constructed keyboard but key design is lacking. Keys are too small and too flat and the gaps between the keys are way too large. Addressing these two issues will make it the perfect companion for the lates iPad Pro. Hope they continue to iterate. Would be nice if they were able to reduce the weight as well.

I brought mine from Amazon, however it developed a faulty with the enter key. So I logged a ticket on the site as Amazon had ran out of stock of space grey. It took them only 3 days to give me a replacement and I’m typing this review on that replacement and everything works amazingly. I must say customer service from these guys has been amazing and Mason gave me quick responses to any questions I had. I recommend this product over anything from Apple. Product and typing experience 10 out of 10, customer support 10 out 10. Will certainly be buying more products from these guys in the future.
