After waiting months for the iPad Pro 11 keyboard to be released I have now had it for 10 months. The keyboard it excellent in its construction and feel, however my keyboard requires the battery to be charged almost monthly not the once a year Brydge advertises. Aside from the battery issue I absolutely love the keyboard.

I purchased the keypad with my iPad that Apple make/suggested. I really was not happy. I noticed someone sitting next to me on a place and noticed their keyboard and asked them if they enjoyed it. They gave glowing reviews and passed along the Brydge name to me, and I am thankful they did. The keyboard was purchased before the plane landed. I can’t say enough about the quality and feel of their product. So happy with my purchase.

Paired with iPad Pro makes the combo a laptop replacement but the combo is heavy and approximates the weight of my laptop. Nevertheless, this is the keyboard to own if you want the feel and functionality of a real keyboard. Highly recommended.

I regret to say that I returned your keyboard. My 2 year old grandson lives in my house and I felt that I needed better protection for my I pad than the Brydge Pro could give. Thank you for your prompt refund to my credit card. Sincerely, Martha Dunn

The bottom of my 11inch Bryce keyboard is not level and has a lip on the left side like it was crushed from the start. The quality control on this product is terrible. I

First time buying a Brydge Product. Unfortunately the first keyboard I received was a Lemon. The hinge gave out at certain angles while typing at my desk and caused my iPad to smack the table. Luckily I had the Brydge leather protector on otherwise... scratches might have occurred. Once I contacted customer service, the replacement unit was ordered right away. I really appreciated the responsiveness from the customer support. The second unit arrived, and I was excited to get on with life and start being productive with my new keyboard. Sadly... there were (2) defects on the replacement unit. DEFECT #1: Hinge still gave out at the same angles as the first unit. DEFECT #2: The right-hand shift key made a plasticy-crunching sound every time I pressed the key. So that’s 2 for 2 Brydge. I contacted support, their posted response time is 24 to 48 hours. I’m still waiting for a response, but it’s within the time window so no issues there. But the response does seem to be taking longer, perhaps on the 2nd replacement it requires approval from a manager or what not. My Takeaway: 1. Brydge CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT. 2. The product QC either has some issues they need to sort out, or perhaps both my units were from a bad batch. Either way its disappointing and also it will make it hard for me to click that buy button without thinking if I’ll be getting myself into another processing of replacement requests... 3. What a buzz kill. :(
