“While it does have its difficulties when trying to select something at the bottom of the screen you will have to lift it from the provided hinges to select something on a given page. That to me is minimal when I have a keyboard that far exceeds my expectations. It's fantastic and I love it.”

“used it for a week now. a little too sensitive keyboard as it types up double sometimes on pressing key only once but overall acceptable. the finish quality is excellent, matches the apple products. thanks.”

“Purchased this keyboard a little over a year ago. Suddenly keyboard would not work and sync. Contacted customer service to be told it was a syncing issue and to reset. Performed these actions with no change. Contacted customer service again to identify that the sync button appears to not function. Was told that it was no longer covered by warranty and was offered a discount to purchase a new one. I found this to be a disappointing response considering the cost of the product and that it was just a little over 1 year old. So I attempted to use the discount and received a “ not a valid code”. So I go back to customer service one more time to now be told...we are not selling those anymore but I will send you an open box model. No explanation about why the discount code would not work nor about how a sudden change in not selling these anymore, yet I visit the site and they still are available for sale. Hmmmm! So the final straw....I receive the open box model and guess what.....does not hold a charge so I now have 2 keyboards that don’t work. Very disappointing experience and product. Worked while it worked and now a fancy paperweight.”

“My son has Dysgraphia ( a neurological disorder that effects is ability to write) having a keyboard attached to his iPad is crucial to his success. Initially he had a cheaper lower quality one and that is exactly what we got. It broke in in a short period of time. Brydge quality is fantastic I am very impressed. I am actually planning or purchasing one for myself as well.”

“I have owned the iPad Mini 4 keyboard for a little over a year. I have LOVED it. (5*) I travel a lot and it has worked great with the iPad Mini on airplanes. However, at about 1 yr. I started having trouble getting the keyboard to charge. If I rigged the connection, it would work. Now, I can't get it to charge at all. I've tried multiple cords - no luck. I have contacted customer service via the website as well as by email. No response. Customer service = 1*. Average = 3* All the keyboard is good for at this point is holding the iPad at a 90° angle for watching movies. :(”
