“This was a warranty replacement unit. Customer service was excellent! They walked me through testing my unit, sent me a return service label to return my unit and replaced it upon inspection. Well Done!”

“My tracking number indicates that my brydge keyboard was damaged during shipment. It has been almost a month since it was originally shipped and I have received nothing, not even an email explaining where the keyboard is.”
