“The keyboard is overall good. It paired easily. It keeps a charge for a long time, meaning, I’ve owned it for 2 weeks and haven’t had to recharge yet. I use it for zero to 30 minutes a day. The backlit keys feature works well. The hinge prevents access to the touch screen near it. I must use a stylus to get to that area, which is a problem. It’s sturdy, but I wish it was a case that would provide two sided protection for my iPad. I’ve used Zagg keyboard cases in the past, but the ones I owned either were defective (repeating keys) or crack easily. Given the choices available, the Brydge is good, not great. The customer service is weak. I was leaving for a trip and ordered from Brydge, then cancelled the order within 10 minutes because I realized their shipping would not get the keyboard to me in time. Amazon’s shipping could, so I ordered through Amazon. Even though I ordered on a Saturday, and they didn’t ship until Monday, they were not able to stop the shipment. I tried to refuse delivery via FedEx, but the package was left for me while I was out of town. I had to call FedEx to get them to pick it up and return it as a refused order. Meanwhile, they send me requests for reviews every couple of days. So, overall, Brydge company policies have left me feeling annoyed. I’ve put too much time into this purchase, and I have yet to get a refund for the keyboard that is now on its way back to them.”

“It a ok key board for the mini I pad. One of two issue I have is the sides or tabs that hold the I pad are in the way of a few of the screens functions. Also the I pad will slip off the same tabs and you have to slid back in place.”
