“This is a bluetooth device, and so, it requires an active wireless connection to work; ie: it doesn't work immediately so you have to "wake it", but then it works fine. Although, the build quality is a bit poor. While my iPad reacts immediately to the cover (goes to sleep), this keyboard has a gap that doesn't allow it to do the same thing (making it dependent on a shoddy workaround to keep my battery from being spent quickly).”

“I was hesitant about buying this but a week later I love it. The only drawback has been reaching the absolute bottom of the screen but if I hike up one side of the mini I can get access. And sometime the keyboard misses the first letter or two. I am relearning to type I am happy to say. S glad I went ahead and bought it!”

“The keyboard functions well, but it's placement covers up the bottom buttons on different apps on the touch screen that are needed run the app.”
