“This was sent to me damaged. I have sent numerous emails to the Support contact and have not received the call tag to return this and get a replacement. Very disappointed that the product was sent damaged and very disappointed in the lack of response by the support team.”

“The keyboard hasn't worked since I got it about 6 weeks ago, and the customer service I've received has been non-existent. I've sent emails and also talked to a representative but to date nothing has worked. I don't know how the rest of you got good customer service but I sure haven't. The keyboard I received does not charge nor will it keep a charge if it charges a little bit. I've tried everything including using a different charging cable. Good luck if you get a good one, because I am VERY disappointed. I'm contacting my visa card company to let them know. I won't recommend this keyboard to anyone with this level of customer service. It could have been easily resolved with a new keyboard but to date ... nothing.”

“My iPad mini 4 is still super portable, but now itâ€™s also super productive. It looks, feels and function like a little extension to my MacBook Pro 15â€�. Probably one of my all time best tech purchases!”

“I tried to return it because it didn't connect well. When the keyboard was connected the apple pencil didn't work. Moreover, the keyboard didn't work with Google docs. Not happy at all.”

“I had a problem with my keyboard but a replacement was send very quickly and it works perfectly. However, this email seems to be corrupt. I had to type it with my tablet keyboard. The space bar would not work in this review area.”
