I have a couple suggestions, make the keyboard so you can fold it all the way back there are just a few occasions when you have to use it in portrait mode instead of landscape mode and to do so you have to remove it from the keyboard. Also the apple keyboard has an emoji button. This keyboard does not. And another little quirk, when trying to fill this review out, the space key wouldn't work, so again had to revert to the apple keyboard.

Excellent quality, functions well. The shut off after inactivity a little bothersome, but doesn't really affect overall usefulness. Really is an exceptional product.

This product worked immediately out of the box. No problem with hookup at all. I love it!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Keyboard is well built, looks great, and makes the iPad look like a laptop. When closed it's hard to open and within minutes of using it, I realized my iPad is not a laptop. IOS is not the same as Apple's laptop software. The keyboard works great when you are working inside an app that requires typing such as the contact list. The backlit keyboard could be brighter but all-in-all, it's a very good product. But the way I use an iPad, the keyboard isn't really necessary.

This keyboard is a disaster if you want to use the screen sitting upright. The website advertises that it can sit at any angle to 180 degrees. Mine fell over at 90 desgees. When I wrote to tell them I wanted to return it, they told me they could charge me a 7.5% re-stocking charge for "changing my mind." I did not change my mind. I had a faulty keyboard. They also told me that it only is expected to stand up between 90 and 135 degrees, not 180 degrees like the brochure included with keyboard says. It is a shame how they handled this because I otherwise liked the product - it was just very defective. They are not not taking responsibility for their own problem.
