Keyboard fits perfect out of the box. Connected to my iPad without any issues. The finish is excellent and feels premium. Looking forward to more products from Brydge. Thanks a lot!

Love it except that it disconnects due to inactivity. Wish there was a preference to override that if desired. I don’t mind charging it more frequently if it meant that it could always be on.

The keyboard works great. Love how it securely holds the i-pad. Only drawback is the Siri key being located at the bottom corner of the keyboard. It is too easy too hit with your palm when doing other activities, causing Siri to interrupt what you are doing until you acknowledge Siri. Very distracting.

I’m really pleased with my new Brydge keyboard. It was certainly worth the wait. It’s beautifully designed and I love the illumination when working in a darkened area. I’m also very happy that they still have products for earlier generation iPad Pro tablets. The tablet is in great condition, but the Apple keyboard I had wasn’t holding up well at all. Also, the customer service at Brydge is stellar. I always had a quick response whenever I inquired about anything. They were very helpful and really friendly. This company is such a good ‘find’! I’ve already recommended it to two others. It’s all good!

I read all the reviews and compared with many other products and finally bought the 12.9 iPad pro keyboard. Following the included instructions I plug in the charger and went out for five hours. I came back to find no light on, no charge in the keyboard and on testing everything realise the thing is broken - I think the charging port has been installed wrongly - it will not charge at all. Simply faulty workmanship and since I am leaving in three days for a long work trip, no time to get a replacement. the lack of telephone support is a huge disadvantage. Wish I had stuck with Apple

I already have a Bridge keyboard for my iPad Pro 11. I bought the 9.7" version for my daughters iPad mini and it is just as good. The typing experience far exceeds any other available options and it has been great for her schoolwork. I also purchased a cover to complete the set up. She feels like she has her own laptop!
