“Are you planning on making an iPad case that is similar to the surface pro lineup? That has angles all the way to the bottom? Can you put more protection on the back end so I can take it outside without it overheating?”

“I was gifted this keyboard right after they were available. I never would have thought that the two 10-cent rubber boots on the hinge would cause so many mounting problems. The iPad Pro comes out of the boot, the boot pops off of the hinge and you never know if your screen will remain sturdy or fall out. Now the rubber boot tore, so that is even worse. Second, the weight of the keyboard negates the idea Apple had of a thinner lighter device.”

“I received my keyboard for the 12.9 iPad and right out of the box the battery was dead. Charging the unit overnight did not make a difference. If it was plugged in it worked. No plug no work. I have sent several emails to support and have not received a reply. The certainly were more than happy to reply when I inquired about purchasing the keyboard.”
