“Overall disappointed with this product.following an excessively long wait,the keyboard arrived and was used only once before it broke and had to be returned. It took several emails to the support crew before getting a response, yet the replacement keyboard was shipped quickly following my return. The keyboard edging is rough and is not flush with the base. Also, there is no forward delete key, when I initially asked the company about this they said that they replaced this key with the Siri key. Well what ever, but then I got someone from support to email saying that you can use the ctrl+F as a forward. I tried it didn't work. When I emailed the person again and told him it didn't work he got emailed me and said that they're working on it. It just seems that the company doesn't know what they're doing, from the very start to the production of the product into its support. Even the "free" bag that came with the preorder would not have been worth the 100 dollars they would have charged for it, being too small and not having any pockets for pens.”

“Typing and feel is great; but a few complaints: can't reach bottom of screen to swipe up to get to control panel; no fn key to allow a forward delete combined with back delete key (as can do on the Mac), carrying case is a tiny bit too small – have to force iPad plus keyboard into it”

“I pre-ordered my Brydge 12.9 and I was also frustrated by the wait. However, the updates from Brydge during this time were regular and always gave a timescale for expected delivery. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I have had it for a few months now and I love it. It's so well made and I find the iOS function keys and backlit keys very useful. It was worth the wait to receive such an excellently thought out and well designed product. My only criticism are the sharp edges, if they were bevelled like the iPad then it would be perfect in every way!”

“Great keyboard, looks nice, is backlit, functions incredibly. Pros: -holds iPad firmly with hinges. I can swing it around by the keyboard, the iPad won't come loose. Easy to remove too. -premium design, keeps iPad thin, very light. Cons; -it's a premium design but upon closer inspection there are a few fit & finish issues, mostly around the micro USB port. -it's a few shades darker and an entirely different texture than the space grey iPad Pro -i still don't know why they chose to use a micro USB port when the iPad uses a lightning connector. -no Apple pen storage? Would have been a thoughtful addition. -back lit keys are a little dimmer than I thought but you can definitely see them in a dark room.”

“After having to wait an additional 2-3 months for my delivery, which is a gift for my farthers birthday, the keyboard has incorrect keys on it. Instead of QWERTY we got QWRTTY. After all this wait, missing my fathers birthday, eventually receiving it, driving 12 hour round trip to give it to him, to find it is stuffed. Very very unhappy customer.”
