Ordered/Paid for my 12.9 board. Before they released there lazy little note about how successfull they are. How slow. Just to get bought. Are they stoned? Could sell this story. Non responsive. July? Haha. Gth

Due to the weak hinges, the iPad constantly falls backwards making the Brydge unusable for me. If you position the iPad at about a 90 degree angle, the screen will remain standing. However, push it back or try using it in your lap an it will eventually collapse. Additionally, there should have been a notch on the middle of the edge at the point of opening---similar to how the macbook has a notch to facilitate opening laptop. Overall, very disappointed with the Brydge for iPad Pro 12.9. Will be returning it.

It has a fit & finish that is perfect. The hinges are amazing, the keys are perfectly spaced with the right amount of give. BRYDGE did it right with the 1st gen keyboard & continue to improve on that groundbreaking design!!

Love the product, I had one for my IPad Air and loved it, I love this one too. The only downside is the tension on the hinges allows the iPad to fall over if placed over a 95 degree angle; not that that's a common position, but still something to consider. I usually have mine set at between 90 and 95 and have no problems.

1. Their support is just plain awful - no reply at all or it takes them at least three days. Really, really poor. 2. The keyboard itself is WAY too heavy, almost 500g. Think twice before you buy. 3. The space key is wobbly and showing upwards at one end. All in all it seems poorly assembled and not meeting the standards of an Apple user. I still like it and use it - but there is MUCH room for improvement.

I wonder why 7 months after I paid for a product, I still don't have it. Below is my response to an email whining about another delay. Me: Wait didn't I order this 3 Months AGO!?? Wasn't this supposed to ship last month?? The purpose of pre-order so you can build product to meet demand. Your company is full of excuses and short on fulfillment of product.
