I paid for my keyboard with the expectation of a June ship date as they promised and it's late July now and no tracking number or even an email with an update on my order. For as much as I paid for this non-existent device. What's even worse is they keep sending me emails asking me to recommend the keyboard to a friend and get them to buy one. I wouldn't wish this terrible customer service on my worse enemy! Let's see if they even publish this since it looks like no reviews are being published. I'm sure it's because they are all negative and/or there is nobody working their at Brydge, just someone laughing at off of us rolling around in a bed covered in our money.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the ETA of my keyboard. Still waiting for this thing but who knows how long. Four more weeks? For this much money there should be much better service.

I'm all for being patient, and I KNOW it is going to be GREAT when it arrives, but sheesh. It's July 8th already and I have no tracking number. I have YET to see a review from someone who ACTUALLY has it. So please, PLEASE if you have gotten yours can you let us know? I just want to know that it is really going to arrive. I'm beginning to wonder if it ever really will.. And I don't understand why I am getting emails to rate a product that clearly has not been sent to me yet. That is definitely a first out of the ga-zillion things I have ordered online. So, anyone who has received theirs, can you give those of us still waiting some hope? Thanks@
