“The keyboard says it last for a year the battery but it last for a week and the keyboard didn’t close properly and broke within 5 weeks”

“Trying to take it out I broke it within five days. It still works. So I should review this higher. But I was a little disappointed in their customer service when I try to look up if I can replace one within five days there was really no option. It was a no refund for user error when I simply tried to open it up and take it out”

“I have had this product for nearly 1 year and both rubber inserts that hold the ipad inthe hinge have torn...each 3x. it is a total pain to replace them due to the gummy adhesive they use and the difficulty getting the adhesive completely off the interior of the hinge before installing a new insert. Today, i threw the keyboard in the trash as both inserts are now torn again and I have no interest in the 3rd round of aggrevation trying to properly clean the adhesive off before installing new inserts. this insert aspect is a terrible flay in the design of the keyboard.”

“Bluetooth disconnects while in use, I’m always having to restart the pairing process. This is a major nuisance.”
